Hello everyone. I am the founder and owner of Massage ForStress and one of the staff massage therapists. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have traveled to Manhattan, New York to gain a certification in Myofascial Release. I learned so many techniques that I know will help many of you with chronic pain and conditions such as fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, and neck and back pain. The techniques provide gentle sustained pressure to the fascial system to release restrictions which are often the real cause of pain and limited motion. Myofascial Release is especially helpful in the treatment of stubborn or chronic problems that have not been resolved by traditional methods.  I am looking forward to making a significant improvement in your life and your well being.

Kacey Picou, L.M.T.
Kacey brings to The Massage ForStress 4 years of experience in massage therapy.  She graduated Tennessee Institute of Healing arts in 2001 with a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy.  Kacey is always helpful, cheerful, and a team player.  Currently Kacey is studying deep tissue, reflexology, and hopes to add cranial sacral therapy to the list.  Please join us in welcoming her to our team of talented therapists ready and waiting to take you to new heights in stress and pain reduction.

Kacey is available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 to 12 p.m.

Amber Shara, L.M.T.
Amber completed her training at Miller-Motte Technical College in the fall of 2004. She plans to gain certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki II. She is available Monday through Friday 10am-7pm and is certified in Hot/Cold Stone massage and Reiki I.

Mary Ann Eure, L.M.T. is certified in Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage. She is a 2003 Graduate of Miller Motte Technical College. In the future Mary Ann will continue her education in Pregnancy massage and Fibromyalgia treatment. Mary Ann says she loves her work and enjoys helping clients to be free of pain.
